From corporate success to something more

We’re former corporate and consulting managers with 10–20 years of experience climbing the ladder. We loved the challenges and the growth — but eventually realized we didn’t want to wait until early retirement to live fully. The next step in our careers looked like more politics and endless alignment calls, while deep down, we were being pulled toward something more: building meaningful things, creating real impact, and defining our own version of financial independence. So we changed course — and luckily, we were ready.

We started small — and it gave us options

While still in our full-time roles, we had already started experimenting on the side with:
Consulting
Mentoring
Launching small AI tools
These projects gave us flexibility and momentum. So when we left corporate, we weren’t starting from scratch. That experience led us to build the kind of program we wish we had five years ago — a clear, structured path to launching your own thing, with hands-on support, expert guidance, and real accountability. That’s how our 12-week program began.

This is your window of opportunity

Along the way, we built a space for like-minded professionals exploring their own portfolio careers. We share what works, bring in experts, and support each other through the ups and downs.
If you’re thinking about starting something of your own, now is the time. AI is reshaping roles, corporate jobs are less stable, and layoffs are the new normal. The longer you wait, the more your expertise quietly loses value.
