1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the programs and access to the materials provided by 12BRAVE (“Company”). By registering and paying for participation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Refunds and Cancellation
- Cancellation 14 days or more before the program start date → 100% refund.
- Cancellation 7 days before the program start date → 50% refund.
- Cancellation 2 days before the program start date → 30% refund.
- Cancellation less than 2 days before the start date → no refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Company.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided within the program (including webinar recordings, presentations, exercises, manuals, and other resources) are the intellectual property of 12BRAVE.
- Copying, distributing, sharing, or otherwise using the materials without prior written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited.
- Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for educational purposes only.
4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully in chats, webinars, and all other communication channels.
- Insults, discrimination, spam, harassment, and other inappropriate behaviors are strictly prohibited.
- The Company reserves the right to remove participants from the program without a refund in case of violation of these rules.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Programs offered by 12BRAVE are for educational purposes only.
- The Company does not guarantee any specific financial, business, or career results.
- Examples and case studies are illustrative only and do not promise similar outcomes.
6. Data Protection (GDPR)
The Company acts as the Data Controller for the personal data of participants.
